Steps

Remove casings from sausages and sauté in a large stockpot until browned......break into smaller pieces as they cook.....

Add into sausages your chopped onion, green pepper and minced garlic,sauté for several more minutes......

Now add your black pepper, nutmeg, beef broth, 100% pumpkin and cream cheese, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.....

Next add in your kale, breaking into smaller pieces, heat thoroughly...... Cook until kale has softened.......

Add in your heavy cream, heat thoroughly and stir well......

Add cooked pasta into your sauce, heat, stir well and enjoy 😉!
