First of all take a big vessel add chickpea flour.

Later mix 3 tbsp ghee and 3-4 tbsp milk and mix it well. After that filter the flour.

Next, take a pan add ghee once it is melted completely add that filtered flour And stir well around 25 minutes on low medium flame till it turns to brown color.

Later add cardmom powder and mix it well. And keep aside for 1 hour. meanwhile prepare a sugar syrup. For sugar syrup take another pan add sugar, water and stir well till it become thick.

Keep aside for 5 minutes. And add sugar syrup to that brownish flour.

After that greace a dish with ghee and spread the mixture. Garnish it with dry fruit like pistachios, almonds etc.

Keep aside for 6 to 8 hours and cut the squares of mohanthal. Enjoy.
