  17. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  18. 1/2 tspwhole spice powder
  19. 1 tspturmeric powder
  20. 1 tspchicken powder
  21. 1 tsporegano
  22. 1 tspbasil
  23. 1 tspvinegar
  24. 4green chili
  25. Green dhaniya
  26. 1/4 cupOil and ghee equal
  27. 1/2 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken and leave some stock

    And Shred chicken

    Take a pan and add oil ghee and then put in onion saute for five mint then add tomato n ginger garlic paste

    Add shred chicken in and mix it and put all powder spices and curd

  5. 5

    Continue stir it and add remaining stock and stir then add green chili and dhaniya and stir it

  6. 6

    After add oregano and basil and water

  7. 7

    Mix well for 5 mint on high flame

  8. 8

    At last smoke with coal

  9. 9

Step 8, smoke with coal? Is that on top? Should you start a coal at the beginning? Should you do it outside? How come it's not listed in the ingredients?
