Cooking Instructions

U boil ur basmati rice until soft, then set aside.

Heat oil in a large pan, stir fry onions until soft and add chopped pepper, garlic. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add the eggs, seasoning to taste, mix in the rice. Cover with a foil and allow to steam for 10-20 mins on low heat.

Afterwards add the green pepper, give it a splash of soy sauce and turn off the heat. Cover the pan and allow the steam to cook the green pepper. Serve alone or with any sauce of your choice.

For the sauce, stair fry ur onion, add cumin seed, add thyme,add ur chopped veggies, add pepper nd ur shredded meat nd seasonings and spicies. Then add little water nd cover 2 boil 4 some min.
