In a wide bowl place whole wheat flour, semolina.

Add all spices, Sezewan sauce and oil.

Add water to form slightly firm Dough.and allow to sit for 20 minutes.

Now shape the dough into round balls. Roll into a flat round shape.

Heat oil in a kadai and place rolled puri in it. Flip over the puri and allow to cook till it light golden.

Now serve it hot with pickle or curry of your choice.
