Collect the ingredients.

Chopped coriander leaves, onion and green chillies.

Take a bowl, add maida, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves.

Add chopped onion, salt and mix well.

Add water as required, mix well. The batter should be flowing consistency. Heat a tawa, grease with the ghee or oil.

Pour the batter and spread evenly. Spread one tsp ghee on it. Cook for 3 minutes on medium flame till golden brown. Flip it. Cook for another 3 minutes on medium flame. Make the other maida Dosa in the same process.

Maida Dosa is ready to serve. Enjoy!
