  • .5 Cwater
  • 1 Twhite Miso
  • evoo
  • Salt and pepper, nutmeg
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, chopped
  • bunchKale

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the cashews, water and miso for a minute until smooth.

  2. 2

    Saute the onion, garlic, until soft, then kale until wilted.

  3. 3

    Add cashew cream and cook until heated through. Adjust seasoning and serve
