Take all the dal in a bowl and mix them very well and wash 2-3 times

Now soak dal for 4-5 hrs and grind it in a mixer grinder with green chilli and garlic

Add salt and crushed coriander seeds and 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix very well heat oil in a pan make small pakodas

Fry the pakoda on high to medium flame serve with green chilli and onion
