  • 600 gAll purpose flour
  • 70 gsunflower or extra virgin oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • Rosemary
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 200 mlLukewarm water
  • 1 packetinstant yeast

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve the flour and make a well at the centre

  2. 2

    Add the rosemary and pour in the liquid

  3. 3

    Knead the dough on a flat surface until soft and smooth

  4. 4

    Let the dough rest for 30mins and knead again

  5. 5

    Divide into round shapes or desired shapes and bake into a flat sheet

  6. 6

    Enjoy with your hot soup
