Cooking Instructions

Firstly sieve atta, maida and besan

Now take a bowl add sieved mixture and add powdered sugar and Desi ghee

Mix well and combine by using hands.knead well and combine

If needed add milk 1 or 2 tsp and knead well

Now take small balls by applying ghee on your palm..and make balls keeping in mind there's no crack in it..now gently press from centre and fill dry fruits and make all as per your shape..

Now preheat your oven at 170 degree

Now grease your tray and put all cookies and bake for 15 mins at 170 degree..

Now when it bakes,,take out on a tissue and let it cool down

And when it cools down it will become crisp and enjoy your cookies..
