Steps

Wash and soak rice

Heat oil and add sabut garam masalay,then add onions and fry to light brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds then add few green chillies.

Add peas and fry add corns than dahi and salt.I have frozen peas and corns.

Add soaked rice and fry with peas and corns then add enough hot water to cook rice.

Add remaining green chillies and put rice on dum when water dries.

Put on Tawa (griddle) and dum for 10 /15mins.
- 8
Serve with salad, raita.
