Steps

Marinate Chicken with whole spice powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste & yogurt for half an hour.

Now in a wok heat oil, add cumin seeds, cloves and cardamom..

When it starts popping add curry leaves, then sliced onions.

When onion becomes slightly golden add marinated chicken to it. Give it a stir and close the lid.

At this point it'll release water.. now add red chilli flakes & crushed coriander seeds and bhunofy it on high flame.

When oil separates add half a cup of water to make little bit gravy.

After 1st boil add green chillies, lemon juice, Julienne cut ginger & cilantro. Give it a stir and close the lid and let it simmer for 2 more mins.

Ready to serve with Naan or Chapati.
