Soak, wash and remove back of the beans. Add the peppers, onions and blend or grind into a soft paste. The paste shouldn't be too thick nor watery.
- 2
Add egg, ajino, salt to your own taste and mix well. Beat for few minutes.
- 3
Use a spoon to drop the paste into a hot oil, continue dropping until the pan is full.
- 4
Observe a reddish brown color at the bottom of the akara, then turn the other side to allow it fry too.
- 5
Repeat the process till the paste finishes.
- 6
Serve with akamu, pap or tea. Serve hot!
