It's one of our ancestral speciality and traditional dessert ___which we used to make it on special events.
Steps

In a pot,add suji,egg,milk,ghee and beat for 2 mins.

In a separate pot add water,sugar,elaichi stirr for about 5 min until sugar dissolved.

Then add this to ghee suji mixture and keep on stirring then cook for about 5-10 min until ghee separated and sooji cooked well.

Your halwa is ready.

Garnish it with desicated coconut or whatever you want.
