Soak, wash and remove back of the beans. Add the peppers, onions and blend or grind into a soft paste. The paste shouldn't be too thick nor watery.

Add egg, ajino, salt to your own taste and mix well. Beat for few minutes.

Use a spoon to drop the paste into a hot oil, continue dropping until the pan is full.

Observe a reddish brown color at the bottom of the akara, then turn the other side to allow it fry too.

Repeat the process till the paste finishes.

Serve with akamu, pap or tea. Serve hot!
