Dry roast all the ingredients till it fills the nice aroma and cooks well. Around 3-4 mins only.

For covering mix flours salt and 2-3 tablespoon ghee and mix till it holds shape. Now add water and make a soft dough. Keep aside.

Take a small portion of dough, roll, and fill with prepared masala. Keep on greased baking tray and cover.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and grease the top of gujiya and bake for around 20-25 mins. Ready to serve.
