Set the oven to 180°c

Put the butter in to a bowl and beat untill soft, then add the sugar, flour, salt, eggs and milk and whisk until smooth

Place the both muffin tins in the oven, bake for 20min,then swap over the position of the tins

Remove tins from oven, leave cupcake to cool
- 5
Enjoy with a cup of milk, soup or tea
