Take the maida in a bowl, add baking powder, salt, curd, and sugar. Mix it nicely.

Add some water to make a soft dough and rest it for 20-25 minutes. After that take some dough, roll it a bit, apply ghee then put some coriander and kalaungi, now roll it further with light hands.

Heat the pan on high flame. Spread water on the plain side of Naan and put the water side down on the pan, turn the pan over to the gas and cook another side. Apply ghee and serve.
