Take a urad dal and sock it for 1 hour.

Then after 1 hour grind urad dal green chilli without water.

Then take wheat flour,oil, grind dal, salt,Kashmiri red chilli powder,ginger finely chopped,hing, fennel seed powder,roasted cumin powder, coriander powder add them all together mix them add little little water and make a dough of it.

Then after making dough add little oil and leave it for 30 min aside.

Now in one kadhai add oil and let it get heated up.

Now make small puri of dough after 30 min and deep fry it.

Now your puri are ready
