Heat a kadai, add Mawa to it. Stir the Mawa continuously to avoid sticking or burning.

After 5 minutes Mawa will start releasing the fat and will come together. Remove it in a plate and let it cool for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes knead the Mawa into a smooth dough and add sugar as required. Knead again.

Take a small portion and roll into peda and make a dent in middle and garnish with your choice of Dryfruit.
