Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • as neededoil
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add 1 cup besan add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder mix well.add some water and make a smooth batter

    Heat a pan add oil when oil is heat drop one one spoon batter and deep down inside the oil fry it.
