Chilli Honey Potato

First, boil potato in a pan for 5 minutes for removing starch of potato and strain and spread it on the cloth then put in a bowl.

Coat with one teaspoon, cornflour and one teaspoon maida and leave it for 3 minutes then again in a bowl take 1 cup maida and 1/2 cup cornflour and mix with water and salt until lumps remove then put a potato in it and shallow fry to all potato fingers then again deep fry to all potato fingers for it's more crunchy.

Put 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry white til and semi cook to onion, capsicum and tomato now again hit the pan and take one teaspoon oil in pan and fry crush ginger garlic for a minute then mix two teaspoon roasted white til and fry for a minute then add semi cook onion tomato capsicum.

Add tomato ketchup soya sauce, honey, add potato in it and mixed well, our hot and spicy chili honey potato is ready to serve and eat.
