Cheesy-Choco steamed sandesh is a delicious sweet dish. This will be a children's favourite because it has chocolate and cheese as its ingredients. This recipe is my innovative one. It has chocolate syrup which is very sweet and hence the quantity of sugar needed is reduced. This dessert is easy to make and very very tasty.

Ingredients

300 gmhome made cheese
1/2 cupchocolate syrup
2 tbsppowdered sugar
1/4 cupmilk
1/2 tspghee

Steps

Take cottage cheese, sugar powder and chocolate syrup in a grind jar. It into a smooth paste.

Add 1/4 cup of milk and mix well to get a lump free paste.

Take a container and apply 1/2 tsp ghee (clarified butter) over it.
Add the paste in it. Spread it evenly and tap it.

In a steamer take 3 cups of water. Cover and boil till steam starts forming. Place a stand.

Lower the flame and place the container. Cover and steam for 30 minutes.

After cooling the container keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set. Remove from fridge, cut the Cheesy-Choco Sandesh.
Serve and enjoy.
