First of all, crush the mawa very finely.

Now add mawa, maida and milk in the mixer and blend thoroughly.

Now take out the batter in a bowl. Add saffron and chopped pistachios to it and mix well.

Now keep the batter aside for 15 to 20 minutes so that it will swell and become good.

In a pan, add sugar, and water and cook until the sugar dissolves and becomes a string syrup.

Now add lemon juice and cardamom powder and mix. By adding lemon juice it will not freeze in refrigerator. Sugar syrup is ready.

Now heat ghee in a flat pan. Put a spoon of batter in the pan on low heat until golden brown

Now turn over from the other side and fry until golden brown.
Like this we will fry all the Malpuas and keep. - 9
Now the fried Malpuas are ready to be put in sugar syrup and soaked in it for 2 to 3 minutes.

To make Rabdi-
First boil milk in a pan. Then add sugar and stir on low flame until it thickens. - 11
Now milk will be thicker and become rabri. in this also add saffron and mix.

Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits and cook it for a while.

After cooling the rabri, keep it in the fridge for a while. This will definitely make it tastes even more delicious.

Keep sugar syrup soaked Malpua in a plate and put cold rabdi on it.

Now garnish it with chopped pistachios and saffron and serve it cold.
