Add chicken mince, fried onions, salt as per taste, pepper powder, bread crumbs, chopped onion, chopped chilli, chopped coriander, chopped garlic,small egg and mix it well.

Now, apply some oil on plam and take a small portion of mixer, from into 1 inch size meatball, mix will yeild 10-12 meatball. Keep aside for 1 hour in feidge.

Take the fried onions, curd, and gride to coarse paste. Then take a pan and Grease some oil. After heating up the oil, add 4 cloves, 2 cinnamon, 4 cardamom, Gringr, galic paste, now fry 2 min on low heat, brown onion paste, now fry 2 mins on low heat, brown onion paste fry 2 min more on low heat. Now add tomato puree and cook for 2 min on low flame. Add termeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt as per taste.

Now, Splash some water, fry 2 mins on low heat, add some water, simmer 3 min on low heat, Now add Garam masala, add the meat balls, cover and cook 5 mins on low heat, gently shake to turns meatballs, again cover kofta is ready.
