In a pan add ghee /oil, add chopped onion cook till it’s little bit brown. Add chilli, cashews garlic+ginger bhuno. Add water and cover the lid, cook till tomatoes are done. Switch off the flame. Let it cool. Grind it to a paste.

Grate boiled potatoes, add crumbled paneer, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, green chilli, cornflour, garam masala. Mix it properly and make ball of it. After making ball dust it with maida(optional).Fry the koftas in hot oil. Keep it aside.

Take a pan add ghee/ oil, red chilli powder, coriander powder, stir and add masala paste to it. Bhuno.

Now add fried koftas to it. Mix it properly and add water to it. Cover the lid and cook for few minutes. Fresh cream can also be added at last. I didn’t add. Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder. Cook for 1min and switch off the gas. Your koftas are ready to serve.Garnish it with coriander leaves.
