Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Vinegar
  3. Salt
  4. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and wash potatoes

  2. 2

    Soak peeled potatoes in water, add vinegar and salt and let it rest for 1hr.

  3. 3

    Drain the water, heat oil and fry. You can double fry as per wish. Serve.
