Ingredients

  1. 8 pieceschicken
  2. 1onion
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1potato
  5. 1/4 thraw papaya
  6. 1Tejpatta/bay leaves
  7. 1 tspginger paste
  8. 1 tspgarlic paste
  9. 2 tbsprefined oil
  10. 1 tspbutter
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  13. 1 and 1/2 tsp salt
  14. 1tomato

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat pressure cooker with oil.

  2. 2

    Add tejpatta, onion and 4- 5 garlic.

    Fry them with a very little amount of sugar.

    When the onion is brown then add all vegetables.

    Add chicken pieces and ginger garlic paste.

    Fry them very well.

    Now add 2 cups of hot water.

    Give a whistle.

    At the last step add butter, gorom masalas and black pepper powder.

    Serve it hot.
