I strongly believe that food should not be wasted or thrown away unless it's spoiler or over expiry date. Since food is what gives us life energy, we need to use every bit of what is available in our kitchen. Leftover food also can be used in many delicious ways. Fist, powder the chapattis to a coarse powder in a blender.

Heat ghee in a pan, add the powder and roast well. Then sprinkle milk and mix well.

Now add the jaggery and cardamom powders and keep stirring on low flame till jaggery starts melting.

Then switch off flame and keep stirring for one minute more. Then roll into laddoos while still hot by greasing palms with ghee or milk. Place on a serving plate.

Serve warm with chocolate sauce drizzled on top. Enjoy.
