It is best for winter. Very tasty and healthy. I have also added spring onions to it, which adds to its flavor.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and chop methi and spring onion.

Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well.

Gradually add water and knead semi soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take small portion from the dough. Roll round shaped Paratha.
- 5
Heat a tawa. Place Paratha over it. Apply ghee or oil on both sides. Cook it on medium flame. Make all the parathas with same method.

Delicious Methi Paratha is ready to serve.
