Cooking Instructions

Separate the eggs

Take the egg yolks in a separate bowl and add sugar to it. Start beating the egg yolks with sugar till it becomes creamy and light in color. Add nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and vanilla extract to it.

Heat the milk and bring it to smoky hot

Start mixing the milk to the egg sugar mixture little by little. Keep on whisking the mixture.

Keep the mixture on low flame and keep mixing it till it become little thick

Take out the mixture into separate bowl bring it to room temperature and then chill it at least for an hour.

Enjoy the rich and chilled eggnog with a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon powder. Enjoy
