Drumstick veg With besan

Cut drumstick into small small pieces and boil it in pressure cooker for one whistle.

On the other side take 3 tbsp besan in a bowl and add water into it and make a thin slurry without any lumps.

Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds and add hing and chopped garlic cloves.

Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder into oil. Immediately add the leftover water of boiled drumstick. And cover it for 2 mins with lid.

Now add dhaniya powder and salt into it.

Saute for 2 mins. Now add besan slurry into it.

Mix it properly. The consistency should become a little thick now add boiled drumstick and cook it for 3-4 mins.

Off the stove. And add some fresh coriander. And serve it with roti.
