  1. 250 gmsFrench beans
  2. 4-5dry red Chillies
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsplemon juice
  6. 3 tspgrated coconut
  7. 1 tspsoaked urad dal
  8. 2 tspoil

    Fine chop beans and cook till becomes soft.

    Heat Pan add oil to it.once hot add cumin seeds and red chilliesand curry leaves. saute,add soaked urad dal to it.saute now add cooked french beans and mix well add salt and lemon juice.mix well add grated coconut give one nice mix and switch off the flame.serve hot with chapati or rice. Maximum taste with minimum ingredients.do try this recipe.
