Ingredients

20-25 laddu
  1. 1/2 kgWheat flour
  2. 250 gmpowdered sugar
  3. 250 gm+2 tbsp desi ghee
  4. 50 gmCashew
  5. 50 gmalmonds
  6. 20-25raisins
  7. 1/4 cupmakhana (lotus seeds)
  8. 1/2 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a heavy bottom wok. Heat 2-3 tbsp ghee. Fry all the dry nuts one by one. Remove it in a plate. Let it cool. Grind all. (Except raisins)

    In same wok put rest of the ghee, heat it. Add wheat flour. Roast it on low flame for 20-25 minutes. Nice aroma will come out. Turn off the flame.

    Add cardamom powder and grinded dry fruits. Mix it.

    When the mixture cools slightly, add powdered sugar to it. Mix it properly.

    Now take small portion from mixture, press it and make laddus.

    Store it in dry container.
