Jew Pesto Chicken
My first recipe! Sorry if not very accurate, or even good, my first recipe ever.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Oil the pan.
- 2
On an induction plate, put the flame to 4 points.
- 3
Put the chicken on the oiled and hot pan. (Watch out! Don't burn your hands!) 10 minutes is enough!
- 4
Flip the chicken, Get a pinch of rosemary and oregano and maybe a bit of chilli powder, and throw them on the chicken's unseared side. Then after 10 more minutes, do this again, and throw another pinch of rosemary and oregano and maybe a bit of chilli powder on the other side of the chicken. Then sear both sides.
- 5
After each side is seared, serve it on a plate with pesto and maybe sour cream.
- 6
Then make the sides! I make a salad, which has red bell pepper, feta cheese, tomatoes, and some green cabbage.
- 7
Then put the (in my case salad) sides on the plate, or to a different bowl, and serve it!

Basil Pesto Chicken Basil Pesto Chicken
Since I made plenty of basil pesto, I tried cooking chicken with it.When you are using a non-stick frying pan, please pan-fry the chicken without oil since a lot of fat comes out from it.Basil pesto contains olive oil, so I think it's better to use the least amount of oil as possible.
