In a kadai heat some oil, cut green chillies in 2 halves and add to kadai, keep flame on low for all time.

Now add peanuts and let them fry

Once done add chana dal. And roast

Once its nicely roasted add turmeric powder and after 1/2 a minute add makhana and roast nicely

Now add kurmure and salt and toss nicely

It has to be nicely roasted, once done switch off the flame

Add chat masala and sugar powder and toss nicely.

Remove in a bowl and serve. It is a very easy and healthy snack for tea time.
