Clean and peel off the carrots.

Wash them again with clean water

Now grate the carrots with medium holes of the grater.

Now heat up ghee in a kadai. Add the dry fruits fry until golden brown.

Remove these nuts from the kadai add grated carrots on high flame keep stirring until soften.

When carrots start soften then add sugar and stir constantly.

Now your halwa is ready add mawa, elaichi powder, and nuts. Mix them property and serve hot.
