First cut palak and saag and keep to boil it in handi for 3hours in meduim flame as it's green leaf cooked wel.

Put in it liter water then until water dries keep on stove as dry then take large spoon like which we use madani to mash.

Then add makae 1cup to make it thick and as on meduim flame all water dries. Then tarka lagane ke lia ap desi ghee m lehsan blop in chopped and golden kar ke saag m dal de.

Makae ki rotti 1/2 kg to make makae ki rotti is ko need garampani ke sath knead karein with palm jitna palm ke sath zor lagae gae wo utni hi Achi rotti bane gi

Make a ball with taping water and tap it on rumal without using rolling pin.

And cook on low flame take rumal and tap on the tawa.
