  • 1 cloveblack garlic
  • Grated tomato
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Maldon salt

  1. 1

    Toast a slice of bread until it's slightly crispy, then rub a clove of black garlic over it.

  2. 2

    Top it with the grated tomato.

  3. 3

    Season with a pinch of Maldon salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
