  • Pre-boiled maize n beans(githeri)
  • Potatoes
  • Spinach
  • Minced meat
  • Onions, tomatoes, tomato paste, spices(according to your liking

Steps

1 to 2 hours
  1. 1

    Peel and wash ur potatoes, put in a sufuria n add the githeri.. Boil together till potatoes r ready

  2. 2

    Steam the spinach n blend them, mash the githeri n potatoes then pour the blended spinach n mix together

  3. 3

    Fry the minced meat according to your liking

  4. 4

    Serve n enjoy
