First, take a pan heat the oil add garlic and green chili, and saute then add veggies after cook veggies add salt black pepper, and soya sauce (cook the veggies on high flame for 3-4 minutes).

Now add spring onions green parts and turn off the gas stuffing is ready now cool down the stuffing for a dough take a bowl add flour salt and oil and need a soft dough.

Now rest the dough for at least 15 minutes add to cut the dough in equal portions now make momos take one portion of the dough and fill the stuffing in the center and give the shape as you want.

Now momos are ready now heat the steamer and grease the plate of the steamer with oil and steam the momos for at least 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and arrange the momos and cook at least 2-3 minutes then add water and cover with lid and cook until the moment soak the water.

Crusty momos are ready now serve both types of momos with tandoori mayonnaise or chutney as your wish.
