مکھن براون شوگر کو بیٹ کریں پھر زردی بیٹ کریں پھر ایسنس نمک میدہ ڈالکر بیٹ کریں اور پھر اس ڈو کو ڈھک کر ایک گھنٹہ فرج میں رکھیں

اوون کو 150 ڈگری پر پری ہیٹ کریں اور ڈو کی بالز بنا لیں

پھر سفیدی کو ہلکا سا کانٹے سے بیٹ کریں اور ان بالز کو پہلے سفیدی میں ڈپ کریں پھر کچلی مونگ پھلی میں رول کریں

اسکی بعد گریسڈ بیکنگ ٹرے پر فاصلے سے رکھ کر بالکل ہلکا سا دبائیں اور بیک ہونے رکھ دیں

بیس منٹ بعد نکال کر کولنگ ریک پر ٹرے سے اٹھا کر رکھ دیں اور فراسٹنگ کے اجزاء کو بیٹ کریں

پھر پائپنگ بیگ میں چھوٹا اسٹار نوزل لگا کر فراسٹنگ بھر لیں اور ٹھنڈے کوکیز کے سینٹر میں پائپ کر کے اوپر ایم این ایم یا بنٹی رکھ دیں
