Ingredients

30-45 mins
  1. 1 cuppeanuts
  2. 1/2 cupsesame seeds
  3. 1 cupjaggery
  4. 1/2 tspelaichi/ cardamom powder
  5. 1/4 tspnutmeg powder
  6. 2 cupwheat flour
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 1/ 2tsp salt
  9. as neededghee

Cooking Instructions

30-45 mins
  1. 1

    Roast peanuts until they are crisp and peel them.

  2. 2

    Roast sesame seeds until brown.

  3. 3

    Grind peanuts, sesame seeds and jaggery. Also add nutmeg powder and cardamom powder. add a tsp of water to form balls.

    Make a soft dough with Flour, salt, oil and water.

  5. 5

    Fill the peanut jaggery mixture in to dough discs and roll the rotis. Roast them with ghee.

  6. 6

    Let it cool and then serve with ghee.
