Chop/grate jaggery into even small pieces. Clean til.

In a pan take ghee. Let it melt.

Add jaggery to it on slow flame. Roast til in a pan for 4-5 minutes on slow flame.

Once the jaggery melts and start little bubbles add til and saunth ganthoda powders. Mix nicely.

Form laddoos of even size. Enjoy daily to warm up in this winter.
