Tuna Soboro Chikuwa Wraps

I really like user "Takuchi"'s tuna soboro, so I came up with a way of using it in a snack.
I used user "Takuchi"'s tuna soboro recipe. If your kids don't like shiso leaf, you can use cheese instead. It's still very tasty. Recipe by Blue-Island

Steps
- 1
Cut the chikuwa vertically and flatten.
- 2
Spread mayonnaise on one side of the shiso leaf and stick the leaf to the surface of the opened chikuwa (The side with the brown grilled marks.) Then, spoon a portion of the tuna soboro on top of the leaf as shown in the photo.
- 3
Roll the chikuwa up and pierce it with two toothpicks (See photo.) Cut it into two down the middle and it's done.
