Rolled Sandwiches

I often used to eat this for breakfast when I was working.
It's satisfying, so I recommend it for breakfast.
If you are using leftover dry bread, microwave first so it doesn't crack when you roll it. Sausages are fine in bentos, but the cucumber deteriorates if it is left for a long time, so I recommend you eat this as soon as you make it. Recipe by yakopuyo

Steps
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. Cut the cucumber and fish sausage in half.
- 2
Spread margarine and mayonnaise on the bread. Spread out a piece of plastic wrap big enough to wrap the bread and lay the bread on top.
- 3
Put the slices into pairs. Overlap the part of the bread marked in red by 2 cm. Put the filling in the places shown by the red arrows.
- 4
Roll the bread using the wrap and it's done. Press down on the wrap at the top and leave it for a while for the shape to form.
