Ingredients

  • 2large eggs (stored at room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 1 cupolive oil/vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender/food processor, add 1/2 cup of oil, eggs, salt, sugar and lemon juice

  2. 2

    Blend for 30secs

  3. 3

    Slowly drizzle the remaining oil while blending

  4. 4

    Continue to blend mixture until its thick
