  1. 24 ozorecchiette pasta
  2. 18 ozspicy Italian sausage
  3. 4chile de arboles
  4. 2 tspgarlic, minced
  5. 4 tspshallots, minced
  6. 2 cuproasted tomatoes, chopped
  7. 6 ozbroccolini, chopped
  8. 2 ozbutter
  9. 4 ozGrana Padano cheese
  10. 4 ozPecorino cheese
  11. 1oil
  12. 1saly

  1. 1

    Heat water to boil the pasta.

  2. 2

    Once boiling, cook the pasta according to package directions.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.

  4. 4

    Once the sausage is browned, add the shallot, garlic and chili and cook for a minute.

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes and broccolini and cook until the broccolini is tender.

  6. 6

    Add the cooked pasta, butter, cheeses, and salt to taste.
