Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgRice
  2. 2 cupsPeas
  3. 10Green chillies
  4. 7-8Red chilli
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 3 cupsWater
  7. Ginger garlic paste
  8. Onion 2 sliced
  9. Ground spices
  10. Zeera
  11. 1 cupYogurt

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add Zeera bay leaf and onion fry them well until light pinkish color.

  2. 2

    Add Ginger garlic paste saute them now add peas Fry for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt green chillies red chilli and ground spices fry well until the oil separates.

  4. 4

    Add water.when water is boil add rice and salt.

  5. 5

    When the water is dry low the flame for 6-7 minutes.
