Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 packagesRaw oysters
  2. 1 dashPepper
  3. 1/2 tbspPlain white flour
  4. 10 gramsButter
  5. 1/2 cloveGarlic
  6. 1enough for garnish Green onion
  7. 1 dashless than a tablespoon Katakuriko

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the oysters clean (refer to, drain in a sieve, and pat dry with a paper towel. Finely chop the garlic. Slice the green onions.

    Coat with pepper and flour right before cooking, and shake off the excess flour. Melt butter in a pan over low heat, and saute the garlic until aromatic.

    Turn up to strong medium heat, and cook until golden brown on both sides without touching them too much.

    Arrange on plates, and garnish with green onions. Eat with ponzu if you like.
